Ingredients will need
- tuna – I like to use albacore tuna because you get larger chunks of meat that are not mushy. You can also use canned salmon if you prefer it.
- avocado – You want a mature avocado creaminess and healthy fats as a replacement for Mayo that is normally used.
- Sriracha – If the heat and spice come up in these tuna wraps. If Sriracha has too much warmth for you, you can cut the amount of Sriracha into half or use something with less spice.
- Dijon mustard – add some zip and creaminess to the tuna mix.
- Vegetables – Combination of crispy celery, red onions and green onions go into the tuna mix, and I cut thinly cut cucumber, red peppers and carrots for additional vegetables.
- coriander – Perfect addition to these wraps and add a nice fresh taste and a nice splash of color. If you are not a fan of coriander, add some other fresh herbs such as fresh parsley or fresh basil.
- Salt and pepper – Pub salt and black pepper to improve all of these flavors.
- Lettuce – Crispy and refreshing in the wrap.
- Tortillas -Sie would like to use all 8-inch tortillas that you want to include with gluten or grain-free tortillas. I like to use tortillas of the entire wheat carbohydrate to keep the carbohydrates lower.
