- Ground shallow seeds- 1 tablespoon
- Almonds, quite 3
- Peanut or almond butter- 1 tablespoon
- Milk 1 cup (or add oat milk, almond milk)
- Water ½ cup
- This recipe can be adapted to your requirements by adding peanut or almond butter.
- Instead of milk, oat milk or almond milk can be added.
- Instead of ground shallow seeds, 1 teaspoon can also be added to all -flat seeds.
- Add all ingredients to a smoothie manufacturer and mix it well.
- I added a combination of milk and water.
