    • Step 1 – Mix all the ingredients and convert it into a thick dough. Place the dough in a steam car and let it cook in a medium flame for 5 minutes.
    • Step 2 – Make sure that the steamer is heated for 5 minutes before placing the dough. Apply fat in 2 small plates with a tablespoon of oil.
    • Step 3 – Add a little gram of flour, green chilli -gender paste, salt, lemon juice water and curd and mix everything in a bowl to create a dough.
    • Step 4 – Add some fruit salt to the mixture and stir it in one direction. You will see that the size of the dough has ultimately increased due to the capture of air in it.
    • Step 5 – Place the dough in the greased plate and fill it up to half a customs thickness.
    • Step 6 – Place the plate on the steamer and let it cook for 12 minutes.
    • Step 7 – Use a knife and if it comes out clean, the DHOKLA is ready for the next step.
    • Step 8 – Cut the fluffy Khaman -DHOKLAKLA to a small place with the help of a pizza cutter or knife.

    How do I prepare Chauka for the DHOKLA recipe?

    • Step 1 – Take 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, followed by Asafoetida. At the moment when seeds begin to crackle, add curry leaves, sesame seeds, green chilli and cumin. Fry the mixture for a few seconds.
