It is “delicious Tuesday” where we bring you new, fresh, local, healthy recipes and food tips every week. Find out what is in the season and what you are driven during and after your work!
There are always a few recipes that I have stepped around from my mother who have a lot more cheese and mayo and things as now eating, but every now and then I bury one that I long for, and think: I wonder if I have this healthier, vegan or milk -free milk -free … and that is what I did with this fish dish.
It is baked, so you don’t have to fry it, and I only used milk -free cheese and sour cream, and even the bread crumbs are gluten -free, but that is obviously with you!
Make your meal even healthier tip:
If you keep this dish healthy, everything revolves around the pages! I selected wild rice and potatoes, but you can add a side of steamed broccoli and/or cauliflower or just a salad. Don’t just go for fries! Oh, and don’t forget to keep the fish sea. Search for the sticker or ask your fishmaker.

Make 2 fillets fish (twice as needed)
INGREDIENTS:
– 2 fillets made of white fish (I selected sole)
– 1/3 cup of breadcrumbs (if necessary gluten -free)
– 1/4 to 1/3 cup of vegan cheddar
– 2 tablespoons of nutrition yeast
– 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
– 1 tablespoon of oil
– 1 green onion, thinly cut
– 1-2 tablespoons of vegan sour cream
Instructions:
Oven to 400 preheat
In a food processor, the breadcrumbs, vegan cheddar cheese, food, garlic salt and oil pilgrower until gross crumbs form. Then stir in the green onions by hand.
Grease the floor in a glass, oven-safe shell and place the fillet (s). Spread a thin layer of the acid cream on the fish and then press the bread crumb mixture so that it holds on.
Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes or until the top is golden and the fish is cooked and the middle is warm. (Ovens can vary, and depending on the thickness of your fillet, the fish may need more or less cooking time. So keep an eye on it!)
Serve with wild rice and fingerling potatoes or your side.
ENJOY!
