FAQ: The best cooking dishes for roast stirring
If you want to stir with regular roasting at all, I suggest that you get a wok and it changes your life with the fall roast.
Why wok? Because with a wok you can actually stir and throw yourself into the content of your heart without worrying that things jump out. Yes, you can fry with a large pan, but it is so much more difficult to try to try to turn around and stir without things to escape the pan.
If you have to use a pan, make sure that it is large (at least 12 inches) and I recommend practicing the “pan throw” – ie things in a pan without utensils – because you can throw and mix things faster and more efficiently.
But … what kind of wok?
The best kind of wok is a completely different discussion and really depends on your specific needs. If you are an informal pan, which only wants to fry with ease and convenience, the woks with Korean, flat bottom are a great option with low maintenance. They are also available in a few sizes to meet their memory requirements. This is what I often use at home, where the convenience is priority. You can get them in most large Asian grocery stores and definitely at H-Mart.
If you want to take stirring fries seriously and receive this smoky wok char and want to use a maximum of high heat, you would like to get a wok wok carbon steel. However, it comes with special maintenance and is generally quite large if you only have limited space.
