How immediate pasta became viral and became iconic
“Jeh o” is the name of the Aunt chief owner of this 60-year-old restaurant, for which it was originally known Khao Tom Ped, A duck version of this Thai rice soup. Around 2015, a Tom Yum Mama Noodle soup made himself for himself (Mama is Thailand’s favorite instant pasta). But instead of just using the spice powder for the soup, he opened a creamy Tom Yum soup from the ground up and dressed it with many coverings. He posted it on social media and it looked so impressive that his friends asked him to do it for them.
He served it in the pot, with lots of toppings, and when he left it on the table, people said: “Oho!” Which is Thai for “Wow”. So he called the court “Mama Oho”.
When Jeh O consulted her son about how to put on more customers during the quiet, late night, he suggested putting his Mama Oho on the menu because mom is a popular late night snack for many Thais.
And people became wild for it. After announcing the new object on social media, the lines around the block formed on the day on the day on the day on the day. In the truest sense of the word, an iconic court was born. It was many years ago, and Mama Oho passed the test of the time and people still vote for it today and I was one of them!
