    • 1 Tbsp oil
    • ½ Tbsp butter
    • 1 Tbsp Red chilli powder
    • ¼ Tbsp Turmeric
    • 1 Tbsp Coriander powder
    • ½ Tbsp Roasted cumin
    • Salt to taste
    • Water as needed
    • 1 Tbsp Fresh cream (Malai)

    For sauce/curry

    • First take a Kadai and add tomato, onion, ginger, garlic, cashew, salt and water. Cook for 10 Minds and grind in a mixer mill. Then sift this sauce.
